Driver's License and Credit card and Passport

In order to drive in Japan, you need to provide your driver's license or translation documents depending on your country of residence.

About International Driver's License

You must present an international driver's license issued by a country that is a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention (excluding Japan),

your passport, and your home country's driver's license at the same time.

For fuel

Please refuel before you return your vehicle to our rental office.

Please refuel vehicles equipped with premium gasoline.

Exterior check of the vehicle

Our staff will then check the condition of your vehicle with you.

Pay off

When an additional charge occurs or when money of overs and shorts is caused, I would like a credit card adjustment.

Extension fee

If you extend your contracted time, you will be charged an additional extension fee.

*Please note that if you extend your stay without contacting us, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
